1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PepTracked (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
PepTracked is a personal tracking and logging platform for peptide protocols, fitness data, and biohacking activities. The Service includes dose logging, protocol management, AI-powered assistance, wearable device integrations, and related features. PepTracked does not sell, distribute, or prescribe peptides or any other substances.
3. Not Medical Advice
The information provided through PepTracked, including AI assistant responses, peptide library data, and dosing information, is for informational and tracking purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any health protocol. PepTracked is not responsible for any health decisions you make based on information in the app.
4. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as needed.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) share your account with others; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or hack the Service; (d) upload malicious content; (e) use the Service to distribute or promote the sale of controlled substances; (f) impersonate another person or entity.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
PepTracked offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. Lifetime subscriptions are a one-time payment granting indefinite access to Pro features. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously. Your health data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell your personally identifiable data to third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated, and de-identified data for research, analytics, product improvement, and commercial purposes including sharing insights with third parties. Such data will never identify you personally.
8. Third-Party Integrations
PepTracked may integrate with third-party services (e.g., WHOOP, Apple Health). These integrations are provided as-is. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding of PepTracked are owned by PepTracked and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service, and to create anonymized, aggregated datasets derived from usage patterns for research, analytics, and commercial purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
PepTracked is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepTracked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to health outcomes, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data as permitted by our Privacy Policy.
