Common Questions

How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen or visit peptracked.com/forgot-password. We'll send you a reset link.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed through the iOS app, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PepTracked → Cancel. For web subscriptions, go to Account → Manage Subscription in the app or website.

How do I redeem a promo code?

Go to Account → Redeem Code in the app. Enter your code and tap Redeem. Pro access activates instantly.

How do I connect Apple Health?

Go to Tools → Health in the app. Tap Connect and grant PepTracked permission to read your health data. This feature requires a Pro subscription.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your personal data. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
